Say no to umbrella covers, for a plastic-free Hong Kong
Hongkongers may end up using as many as 14 million disposable plastic umbrella covers during the wet season from June to September.
In cooperation with St. James' Settlement Jockey Club Upcycling Centre, Urban Camper is having a long term crossover product 【Upcycled Umbrella Bag】. Being made of old umbrella fabric and recycled towels, each bag functions to repel water at the surface and absorb extra rainwater inside. We wish this project can arouse attention of overuse of disposable umbrella bags.
