Return Policy

Baby products, cotton pads (e.g. menstrual pads, nursing pads), menstrual cup, gifts cannot be exchanged. 

Other products can be exchanged due to defects. Loose threads, tiny dots, as long as the product use is not affected, those would not be considered as defects. 

Products to be exchanged must be brand new and not used/washed. We are unable to exchange if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, worn or abused.  

Please contact us for exchange within 7 days and provide your invoice number, order date and reason of exchange (with photos). Please mail your goods to us and we will arrange the exchange after receiving your merchandise. We do not accept refund. 

Note: Cotton pads are handmade products. It is normal to have some loose threads and slight size variance. Photos of our goods are all taken using real products. Pattern could be slightly different even for the same cloth due to different location. Delightfully Green reserves the right to make decisions at its sole discretion.
